Booking & Deposits

How booking works.

Reserving a charter with OnPoint Yachts is designed to be fast, clear, and personal. No call centres — every enquiry is handled directly.

How do I book a charter?
Book directly online at cal.com/onpointyachts, or send an enquiry via our contact form. We respond personally within a few hours to confirm availability and begin planning your charter.
What deposit is required?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your charter date.
Can I change my charter date?
Date changes requested more than 72 hours before departure are accommodated where availability allows. Changes within 72 hours are not accepted.
Is a boat licence required?
No. All OnPoint Yachts charters are fully crewed. Our OUPV-licensed captain handles all navigation — you simply enjoy the experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable. Poor weather cancellations are rescheduled at no extra cost. Cut-off times are based on Miami local time.
What is included in a charter?
All charters include exclusive use of the yacht, a professional captain and crew, fuel, marina fees, and a premium welcome setup. Provisioning — food, drinks, and extras — is available as an add-on.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own provisions aboard, or we can coordinate catering and drinks on your behalf. Mention your preferences when you enquire.
Where do we depart from?
OnPoint Yachts departs from Miami Beach Marina, 300 Alton Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
Can we anchor and swim?
Yes. Extended charters (6 and 8 hours) include time for anchoring and a swim stop. Your captain will recommend the best spots based on conditions and your preferred route.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the charter is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date at no extra cost. The decision rests with the captain based on sea state and forecast.
Can the experience be tailored for a special occasion?
Absolutely. Every OnPoint Yachts charter can be tailored with custom routes, celebration styling, provisioning, and personal touches. Tell us your vision when you enquire and we will plan accordingly.

Fleet & Yachts

Four yachts. One standard.

Every vessel in the OnPoint Yachts fleet is maintained to the same ownership standard — immaculate presentation, readiness, and pride in every detail.

How many guests can I bring?
Galeon 550: up to 6 guests. Prestige 630: up to 8 guests. Prestige 680 Fly: up to 10 guests. Galeon 640 Fly: up to 12 guests.
Which yacht is best for my occasion?
The Prestige 630 is our most versatile yacht — perfect for any group and occasion. The Galeon 640 Fly is the fleet's largest entertainer for groups up to 12. The Prestige 680 Fly is our flagship for corporate events. The Galeon 550 suits intimate groups who value craftsmanship and design.
What is the difference between Prestige and Galeon yachts?
Prestige yachts are French-built with a focus on salon flow, elegant interiors, and flybridge entertaining. Galeon yachts are Polish-built and known for innovation — the 640 Fly's fold-out Beach Mode balconies and the 550's natural hardwood interiors are standout features.
Where do the charters take us?
We operate on Biscayne Bay and surrounding Miami waters. Routes are tailored to your charter — popular options include the Miami skyline, Star Island, Key Biscayne, Sandbar stops, and sunset horizon routes.
How much does a private yacht charter cost?
Charters start from $3,400 (Galeon 550, 4 hours) up to $7,900 (Prestige 680 Fly, 8 hours). See our full pricing comparison for all yachts and durations.
What affects the price of a charter?
Pricing varies based on yacht selection, duration, date, season, and provisioning add-ons. Weekend and peak-season dates may carry a premium. Contact us for a personalised quote.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are not included in the listed price. A standard industry gratuity of 15 to 20 percent for the crew is appreciated at your discretion.
Are there any additional fees?
The listed pricing covers the charter, crew, fuel, and marina fees. Provisioning, celebration enhancements, and premium add-ons are priced separately and coordinated ahead of your charter date.
